Old Town Moorpark is the area which surrounds High Street. This is the historic center of Moorpark. Mountain Meadows and Peach Hill These charming neighborhoods lays south of the Arroyo Simi. Most of the homes here are newer, built within the last 30 years. Along with the city's largest park, Arroyo Vista, many other parks, the highschool, and the largest part of Moorpark's population can be found in these neighborhoods.

Campus Park: Moorpark College is the standout landmark of this neighborhood. There are substantial developments here around Moorpark Country Club.
